This is a special exception we've made, only for artists posting their work in the Hot Rod Art forum.

I have sold mostly pre WWII paintings as my business for 30 years. Either 57Corvette is a professional artist or he better start thinking about being one! He is very good! :D

I agree 57Corvette should be banned [ ;) ] for being in a league onto himself. My vote is for him. Though as a Michigan gal, I did smile at the souped up snowmobile of Kenmo.

I appreciate the kind comments and really look forward to the monthly contests ....thanks Jon for posting the voting poll. I do go a little over-board on Halloween and Christmas, but I enjoy it and I like contributing to the forum.

I guess I should of started drawing.all are nice too see.being in florida I kinda leen towards the bikini,oops I almost fell on her!!the blown street rod is awassom too with the reflection in the firewall.hmm it should of had a nice bikini clad passanger!!!florida&I own a roadster,need I say more.

I don't think my opinion amounts to too much,,,well,,,inn the literary world,,,but 57corvette,,,your stuff is classic,,I mean,,it's up there with Norman Rockwell,,,holy moly man,,you need to get in touch with some publishing company and submit your stuff.That's the kind of stuff you see in New Yorker or Time magazine.Saying that your work is good,,would be a major understatement.Part of my family was an art critic for several newspapers around the country,,so I got plenty of opportunity to see a lot of really great work,,,and trust me,,,your stuff is second to none.

I'm happy to see we have had so many more people involved this month from last month....I think only 9 people voted last month and we have 28 so far this month.

I hope to see more of you entering next months contest ........I think Jon may be planning a few surprises next month as well.

All artists are to be congratulated. That being said the work of 57 Corvette is at par or better than the professional pieces of automotive art I have purchased. Truly a talented "professional" who shares his work at no charge to us who get enjoyment from it. Thank You! :)

deddy, crusindude, many thanks for the comments. always much appreciated. Important to remember that this is for fun and having a good time with fellow artists.......all have different styles and mediums. Good to see all the different artists and their work in one place .......

57corvette,,,,I always look at artwork like yours and I try and understand how you can make paint,chrome,polished aluminum,,and all the other things,,come to life like you do.The girl in the bikini,,looks like she is alive and I never had the ability to do what you do.My artwork has always consisted of stick people,,and I ain't jokin',,your abilties have always facinated me,,anyway,,,again,,,outstanding stuff.
