Voting Starts Now! for this months "Hotrodders Art Challenge" May Edition. Eleven submissions this month from various members here at Hotrodders looking to get in on the contest. A wide variety of styles makes this a hard one to choose from anyones point of view but none the less please join in and vote for the members that jumped in and played. This months contest was an all years Anniversary "Anything Goes Mustang Free For All" and the members did an excellent job of capturing all styles of Mustangs new and old

Plese vote now for YOUR favorite Mustang Muscle Car Classic for the month as you see fit and to your tastes, art is something we all see different and appreciate. The polls for this month will close in five days automatically from this post date.

Winner of the contest gets to choose the next months contest subject.

fortypickup's Muscle Mustang Vector Illustration
Forty never lets you down coming up with some sic' stuff to add to the competitions as a veteran, this one looks really tough, both versions are included colored and non colored. Forty has been a past winner and is definately an artist in a pure vector style of illustration reminds you alot of Dave Deal.

Bowtiekids Night Cruising Mustang Photo Art
Judging by this members name and making his second or third appearance in the contest, he brings a younger view to the appplication of photo art and had no problem going from bowtie to blue oval.

Cantoon just started playing in the contest, his past posts showed his skill as a freehand artist with some special talents that make this stuff look classic already. A little Roth, late 60's Gremlins or Monster rods inspired artwork

BWS's Line Art / Pen and Ink 91 Mustang Illustration
BWS comes to Hotrodders for the first time with some skills not seen often in a draft style pen and ink illustration of his own Mustang. Pen and ink is a tough one to grasp but BWS has a very good handle on it.

Yeah, I really wanted to get something in this month. Should be able to have something for the next one. This month was really bad between the daytime job and my freelance stuff. I have a feeling that this is going to be another close month.

For all that tried, I thought the narration was something needed this time, so many different styles it gave you some insight into ( at least what I see ) about the artists and their way of portraying the art. Google will see it too I think so it may help people coming to this section.

Doodler, I think you'll be prime for the next challenge, find some time and play next month, would be more the merrier IMO.

That's what it's all about Cobalt, I'm sure whomever you chose was deserving as much as the others and it's how you see things and the styles of the artists that make this a fun Challenge for us. Thanks for stopping in and voting on someone, it's appreciated for sure

Wow, you guys did it again! Nice work! I am p.o.ed at myslf for not getting in on the voting, been on the road quite a bit. I won't miss again! OnlyRacing, fantastic job on the narration, you really gave it a professional layout this time, awesome job! Kudos to all, watch out for Cantoon, gotta love it. Once again, kudos to all.
