wagner turbine hvlp
 

Has anyone ever painted with a wagner turbine hvlp system? My neighbor has one and wants to give it to me. I have a small project and don't know wether to use it or not. Thanks for any info. Rick

You can't use house paint gun to paint your car :nono:

This is not the wagner gun that is sold at hardware store. This is a standard looking hvlp gun that has a siphon gun or a pressure pot setup. There are several tips for different applications, one is for auto paint another is for clear coat, there is a tip for latex also. I was curious if anyone used this type of turbine setup. It has its own compressor built in. I saw something like this at a car show, it was an off name brand. Maybe when I am painting my project I will try a test piece with extra paint that I will mix up. I was just trying to cut down on overspray. Thanks, Rick
