Water temp for a 460 ford

Hi Guys

This is a 460 ford big block create motor from Ford. I installed it in my custom truck project. I have just started to drive this vehicle. I am still in the break in period. I was wanting to know what (water) temps I should be getting. I am running 2 electric fans and the motor is 550 hp. I have a aluminum radiator from BeCool that should cool a 700 hp motor. It seems to want to run around 198-205. Is this to hot? What should be expected from a motor of this size and make. Should it run hotter, or will it begin to break in and start running cooler? I have been driving it for about 30 minutes each night. I am still breaking in the new aluminum rear end. They said run it for 20-30 minutes at a time and let cool for the first 500 miles. Explain to me what I should look forin the way of temps and break-in period.

Thanks
Kirk

198-205 should be fine.. if it gets hotter than 215*, then it might become a problem.
