We Need A Sticky Here

Something should be posted here to direct people with tech questions to the appropriate forum, before they post.

I know it is hard for some folks to read the heading on this forum. The 3rd sentence where it says:
"Specific tech questions should go in one of the tech forums."

I know it is easy for some to pass up the thread at the top of each column by Jon that says "read before posting"

Maybe there needs to be a giant warning that comes up in the message box for this forum that says " SPECIFIC TECH QUESTIONS SHOULD GO IN ONE OF THE TECH FORUMS"
In red.
With big undulating exclamation marks.
Quotated"
with a link to a definition of what a "tech" question really is.

I'll bet someone would ignore all that too.

The info is there like mikey says. There is the same problem in the Introduction Forum. If the poster doesn't read the Read Me sticky they don't see it. Maybe a pop up that comes up when you click on New Thread would work.

I presented the pop-up idea to Jon last year for the Introduction forum.....He did not think that it was needed.

I see another tech question has been posted.
Maybe the word "Help" needs removing from the forum title or find an alternative.
Something like "HR Website Suggestions and Related Problems".
