Weiand Electric water pump

I was just given a weiand electric water pump(8217) I wanted to put this on my 502. Only problem is that it was made for a small block. Anyway I can make this work? I don't really see why it wouldn't for a big block. It's a nice pump and better than what I'm currently running on the engine.

Hi
I know you can't put a big block pump on a small block, so I'm
assuming the opposite is true as well.

Ya I just went down to the airport hanger where I keep my car, it wouldn't size up. I'll just have to sell the pump on ebay.
