welding door bottom
1963 gmc surburan,on the passenger side i replaced the inner bottom.it was my first welding project.the drivers door needs both the inner bottom and the lower out side skin.i have purchased both.not sure where to start.do the outer,do the bottom,weld the two pieces together????? thanks

Tack weld the inner bottom on, so it is solid and then the skin. That way, if you need to move the inner piece, you can. Finally, finish welding the whole thing.
