Are Westward Tools Good Quality?

I'm looking into buying a set of tools from a guy who's gotten out of the auto business. He has various brands like Craftsman, Pronto, etc. He told me some of the tools are Westward and his box was a Westward. I don't know much about it, but it's a Canadian company. Are Westwards Tools good quality? Do they make good tool boxes?

By their own admission, formed to market foreign made tools under one name. Big red logo saying limited lifetime warranty but in spin, they say lifetime warranty. Which is correct? While some countries can make fair tools, they still can not compete with US or Canadian built tools. I sure like buying tools once.

I saw what it said on the website. I guess they are an inexpensive line, like Harbor Freight or tools at big-box stores.

I am mainly concerned about the toolbox and how well-made it is.

got lots of them used on the farm all the time - not snap on but not snap on cost and have yet to be refused replacement ( be sure to clean off the snipe marks first)
