Welcome aboard...in order to answer your question, I would need to ask a question...how big is your compressor?

Oh, they may move your thread...cause your not supposed to ask technical questions in the introduction part of the forum.

What are you blasting? For some small parts - a blast cabinet
For a few larger parts - there are many options
If you're doing a whole car- rent a BIG diesel compressor - the ones that run jackhammers for the city - and rent a sandblaster to suit it - the ones with a 2 inch line etc, that use 500 lbs of sand per hour. In a couple of hours - you're done!

And, if you don't know what you are doing, so is the car. :nono:

Hadn't thought of THAT. A newbie'd likely blow right on through!

I only used it for the frame - worked great for that! Took about an hour to do the whole thing on a rotisserie

Check with the city you are in before doing large scale outdoor blasting. Most have ordinances’ against it. BTW sand blasting a car is big No-No.:pain:.
