The 454 I'm in the process of building is: 119cc open chamber heads, Holley street dominator medium rise (dual plane) intake. Holley 750 Double pump carb, 2" headers, domed hypereutectic pistons for 9.5:1, Roller timing chain, Comp cams 270H magnum cam, hardened pushrods, heavier valvesprings and dampers, w/10deg locks, HV oil pump. GM HEI distributor. I'm not too sure yet, but I'm guessing that this should be very streetable, but tons of fun to drive in a 4 speed vette with the right gears.
