If he charged you for a roller setup Id be banging hard on his door.
Exactly what I was just thinking. Also,I am not sure as I have never installed a roller cam that was not a factory specific item. But,do you have to have any special machining done to a block that was not originally a non-roller set-up?Seems I have heard that before, but it may have been bad information. If that is the case, you should also demand money back for that if it was charged. And by the way,I would make sure that as many people as possible learned of this shoddy,dis-honest work. If someone pays me money, and entrusts their car to me,be it normal maintenance or add ons. They always get what they pay for, usually a little more that I just do because of who it is. I do not mean I will go and buy parts, but pay close detail to every job as if it was a car my wife and kids would ride in. People like that give all the honest guys a blackeye.
