What combination? What power output? SBC
I am building a motor in my 1978 Camaro. I have a 350 2 bolt main.
My current plan is, 350 .030 over flat top with 4 relief pistons stock crank and rods Vortec heads with .525 lift springs roller tipped rockers, screw in studs, and guide plates Summit/Edelbrock dual plane intake, stage 1 Camshaft, .500 lift 276,286 duration Holley 750 carb. no choke what kind of numbers would I be looking at with this motor? Or could I use this kit with my other components, since the block is only a 2 bolt? http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ESP-B13405E030/ |
I personally wouldn't waste money on steel components for a 2 bolt because if you're building an engine that needs steel components, it's most likely going to need 4 bolt mains also. Saying that, the setup you list seems good to me; i think you'll be pleased with that engine.
