yup looks like the sprag, put the car up on stands wound the motor upo in first gear and shifted to 3rd gear and got nothing.if it was a broken sunshell it should have shifted to third gear and it didnt.
going to pull the trans check for carnage and see if its fixable and also if i can get a better sprag,if not ill more then likley be getting a th400 with trans brake or a 4l80 /w brake or might even go 2004r /w brake
