Been busy drawing up plans for the house.
I want to knock off the first floor and get a two story pre-fab house dropped on the existing foundation.
I'm going Wednesday to get an estimate. If I do this project, the car will be shelved for a good 2 years as I will be doing the whole interior by myself.
