surprisingly they were perfect-boots, pins, and mounting bolts

this truck hardly ever gets driven so I think thats what caused this

all I could find was the pads had a lot of crud/rust where they ride in the caliper
also the upper caliper piston was a little stiff to push back (but I have seen worse)

so I just cleaned and lubed everything around the pads and where they ride in the caliper
also worked the pistons back and forth in the caliper a few times

seems ok now
