And believe me, I think about it often driving the Rambler, that car is just one small step above a motorcycle for safety. I drive it VERY defensibly just as I did on the bike. I am watching out for the other dude every second.

Safety is an important consideration no matter what you do. BUT....There is a certain amount of risk with most things. I know the bike is dangerous. At my age, more so. The roadster would be a real death trap if you were to turn it over too. I think everyone has to draw the line somewhere but it is a very personal decision that everyone has to make for them self. So far the Good Lord has taken care of us.
