The flange looks like it's bent, right where that Sharpie mark is. If you can picture this it would be like a piece pulley was put on there with a washer under three of the bolts between the flange and the pulley, all four bolts were then tightened and the flange bent where that one washer wasn't there. If that makes any sense, it is bent out right there, crazy. I thought about just grinding it, it isn't that big of a deal. But I will go ahead and put another waterpump and get it over with done right.
