Good morning Bodyman:
Its true in my case I dont sleep as long and I eat a lot less. its funny if I take a short nap say about 6 pm for only 1/2 hr. I cant fall asleep till about 3 in the morning and still get up at 7 am feeling good! When I was young I could sleep for 14 hrs and still want to go back to bed!

When I typed I was going to kick the dog he read what I wrote and hid under the couch That dogs getting really smart!!!

What happend to everybody? wheres all these cool projects you've been working on?
I haven't worked on my hotrod for two weeks but I'm still working on that 65 Impala wagon so I'll post a few pics of it...
my friend brought over an 03 cavilier ,he took it all apart for me he thought it would help me out except he lost every piece of hardware ,nut and bolt to get it all back together...So I spent yesterday at the junkyard taking one apart for the brackets and hardware..While I was checking out one of the guys was testing out radios to see if they worked..I got a super nice Sony CD player for 30.00 for the Biz coupe ... not a totally wasted day.
later that night I picked up an 04 Titin P/U,from the Nisson dealer I deal with, its got a giant dent in the bedside i gotta fix....Man Nisson makes a good truck. When did they start making V8's anyways ,sure seems like a good motor with a lot of power...They dont need it until next weekend so it looks like I'll have a truck to use all week...
I still think my little 85 Nisson hard body was the best all around truck ever made that z-24 motor had plenty of power and got fantastic gas mileage
well heres a few pics of the 65.....since nobody else is posting

I stopped working on the yard and hit the garage yesterday.

Started with making a slide on steering column for the rod so I could lift the body off easily.

Then I rolled it outside and couldn't get it up the little slope of my driveway so I had to make up a hot rod roller tool.

After using the new tool to roll the rod out of the way, it was time to bring in the pickup to change the windshield rubber.

Of coarse being outside for 6 years in the rain and snow, and the fact that I did a lousy job with the rust, and didn't use a good epoxy primer on the steel first caused a bit rusting.

So I got that all smoothed out, rust removed and epoxy primed. I forgot to drain the compressor and ended up with a bit of mess that I sanded out and resprayed this morning.

Just slip the 3 pcs of tube over 3 lug nuts, Use a nice long tube over the ratchet handle and crank away to roll the car.

It still needs magnets to hold it to the rim better but it seems to work. Nothing worse than having to ask the wife to help push. (I'd have to talk to her for that)

That is brilliant! If the car is open wheeled or a fender is off it always pretty easy to grab a hold of a tire and roll it. But to push a car, my Gran Sport, HOLY COW that is a toughie for an old dude like me. Your tool looks like a winner I need to make. Now, my only fear, and it is a huge fear, is hitting the quarter or fender when the tool I am pulling up on to roll the car. But I think I can handle that by bringing it out away from the body with an extension?

I have back slid big time and haven't touched a thing on my Gran Sport in a couple of weeks! I need to get my five minutes in today! I am going to one of my wife and my favorite yearly functions, a chili cook off at a nearby country night club. But later tonight I will get out there.
