What do you think? Recent deals....

Hi guys,
Over the past month I picked up a bunch of crap. Was never a Chevy guy but the deals seemed too good to refuse. Here is how it goes:

1. 2 4-bolt main 350's, casting number 3970100, heads are 333882's, both came with factory 4-barrel intakes, Q-jets, and HEI distributors. One had confirmed 20k on .030 rebuild, still can see crosshatch on walls. Other is almost as good, but standard bore.

2. 3 hydraulic roller short blocks (generator engines with less than 100 hours), 2 brand new vortec heads, 1 used vortec head, brand new edelbrock performer RPM intake for vortecs, long tube headers, and some more crap.

3. A TH-350 trans with 40K from an old ladies car. Put on a shift kit, stuck it in my Malibu. Works sweet.

What do you think its worth? I paid a total of $550 for the whole smorgasbord. I think I got a pretty good deal.

I am sorting of liking Chevy's now, if only for how cheap they are. If I paid too much just holler and let me know!

I will be building one of the roller motors to go in a friend's camaro.

Cheers,
Andy

I think you paid to much. Just kidding, but you sure did make a lot of us envious. Great deal, you probably made your money back on the transmission alone. Good luck with your projects.
