Actually, it will fit a neutral balance small block (265-350, but not the external balance 400) also, since all Big Block Chevys (366/396/427) were neutral balance until the 1970 intoduction of the external balance 454.

Its just an 11" clutch nuetral balance flywheel, fits SBC and BBC except the external balance engines.
