what kind of window track grease should I use for a 1991 olds 88

Hello, people, I need to grease the front windows but whats works best?....someone told me on here to use armorall or tranny fluid but how long does that last?.....is there something better?

I wouldn't put any of those things on your front windows, you won't be able to see out of them very well.

Are you talking about the C channel and slider part of the window regulator? I use a little synthentic wheel bearing grease and it works fine... just don't overdo it.
