not a prowler

You can see it is obviously a different wheel base than a prowler. In the pictures posted side by side, you can see there is a different length between the front of the doors and the back of the front wheel. Look at the length of the engine cover. Obviously some of the prowlers components could have been used/grafted in (ie.mirrors, etc.), but it is clear this kit is on a full frame and the roof and window posts are much different. NOT IDENTICAL

Kit car of some sort. similiar to a Speedstar. Very swoopy popular boydster look right now.

it may be a zipper motors 37 ford replica.
