What are my options for Mopar B body disc brakes?

I need to swap out my front drum brakes on a stock 1971 B body Charger. Im not spending $800+ on a aftermarket swap until way down the line, so for now I need to know what my options are for a direct swap from another a/b/c/e body (as in, which setups will attach to my current upper/lower control arms). What other types and years of mopar cars have the front discs I want? What are my best options?

Not absoluteley certain, but I think the Charger shares front end components
with a C body car.

I seem to recall the upper and lower ball joints being the same.
(this was back in the 80s)

I changed from factory discs on a 67 Chrysler (4 piston Budd) to discs from a 73 Plymouth Fury.-----Direct bolt in with no modifications.

(the 67 Rotors had been discontinued by '83, and the "Disc Brake" lower ball joints were over $100 each way back then-----swapped to 73 "C" body brakes for about $80 at the time.)

Later --rebuilding a 71 Charger front end, I realized it used the same parts as the 73 Fury.

oh---I should also mention that in 74 all of the front end components changed

I don't think anything for a 74+ will work.
