what plug to run?

hello im running a 1995 zz4 short block with roller cam and using a pair of 1965 461x heads with 62cc chambers and hei ignition what plug sould i use and what gap?

my five cents

The real question is how often are you willing to replace your spark pluggs? Plain jane copper autolite pluggs have the best conductivity but for the shortest amount of time. I only ran copper pluggs in my 88 5.0 Mustang but I replaced them every 15,000 miles.
