What are the PPG requirements for their different levels?

Well I am a WyoTech student and we have been given an assignment to research a lot of information on the internet. I have been able to find most of it but have gotten stuck on just a few. One of the main ones im stuck on is that PPG does offer something that is like a certification. The certifications come in 3 levels from what I have found which are:

Now the problem is I can't find what the requirements are to reach these levels of certifications. I have searched the PPG refinishing site for over 2 hours and couldnt find the requirements so any help would be greatly appreciated. The actual question asks...

"What are the three levels of certification of PPG and list the requirements needed to obtain certification in all of their levels."

Actually you need to attend PPG cert classes to gain "levels" The first level which a year ago was blue, you just took the basic PPG deltron cert class. Just talks about the different products etc.

The next level involves going to the tinting class and so on.

Once you have gone to ALL three classes and have passed all three classes you can go on to be PPG MASTER certified.
Basically for that you PROVE to them that you can do the steps on tinting a color. The steps on blending a color, buffing etc. They grade you on each process and if you pass you become master certified.

That is really a NICE thing to have on a resume, hell I dont even paint anymore and its got my foot in the door once or twice...Eric
