What a Score!!

One of my sons lives in Bardstown KY, he and a friend just made a deal to get rid of 215 old cars in a rural farm. He said they were mostly 60-70's cars and trucks, plus a supply of engines, carbs, and trim. I can't wait to see the pictures of what is there. How cool is that??

Could be very interesting, or it could be a pile of junk, that's where the fun comes in, seeing just what's there.

I'm starting to get some word back from my son on the field finds. He mentions an early 40's Nash coupe, 50 Pontiac coupe I'm a little interested in, and I had sent some info on 351 W/C's so he finds a 351W in a 70's Tbird. I had asked about flatheads but all he has found don't turn, but lots of other engines 8-6-4's. Still no pictures though. I'll keep posted.

don't turn.

Don't turn means you DON'T pay as much. allow for another engine in your budget.

If you get enuff pics of stuff that still has some merit/value, this may turn out to be the thread of the Month or even Year. Looking forward to the updates.

Finally some pictures

My very busy son finally sent some pictures of the cars he is trying to deal with. These are mostly ones he though I might be interested in, older cars. I sent back for more when he can.

More

I'm pretty sure the first car is a 46-48 Ford coupe and the other coupe is a Nash ?40?. Here are some more pics, there is a 56-57 Ford wagon back there, 50 ford F1, an Edsel ?59, Chevy '48, 50 Pontiac.
