What SEM seam sealer?

I would like to know of a good drip rail sealer and body seam sealer (Are they the same thing??????) I would like to use SEM products because i have their 7 oz 2 part mixing gun. If they dont have a quality product that you know of....i don't want to use it. I know very little about seam sealers except i dont want anything water based. If there is something better that uses a standard caulking gun i would like to know...i really dont want to buy another special use gun

I am also looking for A good reputable (back glass and windshield sealer).... I bought a new windshield and new gaskets. GOing to install it for the first time in a 69 dart. What sealer and tools will i need?

I am looking at SEM seam sealer (differences)???
SEM39377 or
SEM39387 or
SEM39477 beige
SEM39777 high build
and
for roof panel replacement structural adhesive:
SEM Paints 39337 Non-Sag SMC Structural Adhesive

are these good products.....will they crack over a short period of time and are the urethane based

I use 39377 for general purpose seam sealing. It's good.

As far as the structural adhesive, you are good to go if your roof is SMC. If it's metal, you need a different product made for metal, don't know the number.

All the SEM adhesives I have used are epoxy based. I think their pillar foam might be urethane.

I think Fusor's line is mainly urethane. I didn't care for them much, but I think it's just a personal choice. In my mind, epoxy is a tough, sticky material that is really good for glues and primers. Epoxy and urethane are both good.

Try a little out on something that doesn't matter, and see how it works for you...
