Mostly those front mounted Moon tanks are used for looks or for a radiator over flow. They are old school, kinda neat, quite expensive these days, but do "make a statement" for those that like that kind of stuff. For me - my back bumper is next to my gas tank, <2" as it's a '32 style tank on my '31

Hmmmm - gives me an idea. Nahhhhh
