I would go black in the existing vinyl areas with cloth inserts in the seating areas..those cloth areas to be something like a Pendleton blanket material in a good pattern..
But then its not mine..
So how about a button tuft in the seating area..I have not seen one of those in a long while and they look good to me and very comfortable..If you could build up the bolsters a bit to give the seat a bit of bucket feel to it that would be good..
In any case if you can use some of the leftovers from other projects go that way..
