Bolt - Trans to 4.3L block?

The transmission to block bolt is a 3/8"-16 x 1-1/4", gr. 5, flange head.

I am sure the reason you are asking is because GM has discontinued that bolt, part #9440954. You need to buy it locally or on the internet.

consolidated parts

If you cannot find a bolt that you need, you may consider using this bolt - GM # 10198997, package of 10 for $8.20 msrp - SB Chevrolet thermostat housing to manifold bolt and BB Chevy intake manifold to head bolts.
