Comp, Crane, and Crower cams are good. Comp and Crane are moderately priced. Crowers are more expensive. They use more modern technology in their grinds.

There are also PAW, and Summit cams that are decent. I have one in my SBC 400. They are cheap, and they work. They are older technology, but I'm sure they were pretty cool back when the came out.

I suggest a dual pattern cam. You want more flow % from the exhausts when using stock heads. Go for a split lift/duration cam.
