What spark plug?

I have a 1966 Corvair that I dropped a 1965 327 Corvette motor into. The Chevy 327 Corvette motor in freshly rebuilt with stock 202 heads, a mild cam, an Edlebrock Performer intake manifold, an Edlebrock 600 cfm carb, headers, HEI ignition, 2-speed Powerglide. I am trying to figure-out what spark plugs to run (heat range, brand, code #). Any advice????

Go to the parts store and tell them you need spark plugs for a 1965 Corvette with a 327 and they can tell you which brands they carry so you can decide. I would use AC Delco`s. These plugs have the 13/16 size and they use a washer. Keep in mind when you go to tighten them and the plug feels snug it`s just touching the washer, give it a little more to compress the washer, this prevents the plug from backing out. However, I would check them a week later.
