What spark plug should i use

I'm coming near the end of my oldsmobile 403 build and now i need to figure out which plug is going to fit my setup best. I've been doing some homework online and getting allot of different answers but from what I've gathered i need a colder plug.

Specs..
Olds 403 0.030 over
Set of 350 rocket heads from 68 stock valve sizes
C/R: should sit somewhere between 9:10 to 10:1

Cam specs:
42-600-5 - Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshafts
Sorry it's just easier than trying to copy and paste all that.

Original Qjet carb(850 CFM) rebuilt and calibrated to my engine specs by Ken at everyday performance
Edelbrock 3711 intake manifold
Hedman full length headers, 2 1/2" exhaust whole way back

The distributor is a stock replacement that i'll be recurving with this kit:
Moroso Advance Curve Kits 72300 - SummitRacing.com
and a moroso adjustable vacc advance.
Also using a D.U.I ignition module
Davis Unified Ignition Dyna-Modules 000222 - SummitRacing.com

The car is an 88 Monte carlo SS TH350 trans / 3.73 rear gear. I might end up dropping the rear gear down to a 3.42 for better highway driving.

The car's going to be my daily driver for awhile, will be doing some highway driving.

make it easy on your self, call autolite and tell them what you have and they will tell you exactly what you need, and if you don't like autolite then just get the number and cross reference it to your brand
