Hello hot rodders, i'm new on this blog. I am about to enter into a bonding project with my 19 yr old grandson. We are going to attempt to rebuild his 1997 Gmc sierra pick up truck engine. I have rebuilt a few when I was in my 20's I am now in my 50's and need to brush up a little. I need to start by finding out what tools I will need before we get into this. and if anything has changed in a rebuild from the 70's and 80's to now. Any help and suggestions are welcome.
