Thanks for the replies.I think the one should have a spring also,but looks like it is missing.
I took a couple of pictures with a tape measure to show the size.I kind of think they may just be clamps for soldiering etc.
I think they are snap ring pliers, due to the fact that the tips are 1/8" they could only be used on large ones, the tips were probly sharper at one time if they are in fact snap ring pliers.
If I'm not mistaken,they resemble Chrysler Transmission snap ring pliers.Judging by the length and how narrow they are.But it also looks like they have been put through the ringer.Like I said,,,they look like the ones we have at the shop designed for removing the snap ring that holds the clutch packs in place.
