what is this tool - mechanical fuel mix adjustment

they have a "junkyard" where you can buy stuff, and I bought this, thinking it was some kind of dial indicator setup i could use to measure stuff in my garage, but all tte parts say "fuel mix hot" or cold or idling or something on them

any idea what it would be used for?

A diesel mechanic would give you a few hundred bucks for that.

It is a tool for calibrating diesel injection pumps.

Neat.
