A 200metric will have the same shape pan as a regular th350, only smaller and with fewer bolts, they are not crappy transmission, long as they are built right, I picked up a 77 impala with no reverse come to find out the trans was missing the frigging wave washer for the low reverse piston and had blow the seal out of the piston, i rebuilt it and added a Transgo shift CORRECTION kit to the valve body its been a really nice transmission, the lower 1st gear ratio than the TH350 really helps out with getting the car moving withthe tall rear gear, Its the main reason They installed those transmission in the big cars, lower first gear to get it moving quickly and still keeping the tall rear gear for gas mileage.
