What type of compressor?
Hi all!
Hope you had a great Memorial weekend! I spent it shooting my primer. The primer went on OK with the compressor I have but could not hold the 20psi at the gun that I need. I could wait on the compressor to catch up. The top coat I am using is not as time friendly. I have a Sears 5hp 11O type compressor. I have a Devilbiss FLG3 gun and I need 20psi shooting with a 1.3 tip. I will rent a compressor but which one will get what I need? Thx, Walt PS- I am on solar power and only have 110 volts. So I guess that leaves me with a gas compressor as my only option.

Yep, you need 220v for a decent compressor. As far as gas goes I would figure at least 5-8hp and two stage.
