what a weekend.. so close! Dammit!

Yo guys and gals-

Man this sucks. I've got everything ready to go on my ride but the new weiand intake won't accept my alternator bracket like the edelbrock did (wtf!?) and my valve covers aren't man enough for the new roller rockers. No fuel pump fittings either (geez, I guess you can't assume they'll supply fittings with 30 cents for a nice fuel pump...). BTW, anybody know where to get those? I'm really not interested in spending 35 dollars in the summit cataloge for two fittings and 2 ft of braded hose. I just need something that will thread into the pump and wrap a hose and clamp around... autozone couldn't seem to figure out what that was

Not to mention I ended up spending like 250 dollars on odds and end parts I needed (gaskets, goop etc etc).

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

Happy 4th-

K

Try NAPA, KF. They have what you need and know what you want. (If they have a competant staff on hand like we do here.)

I ran Russell braided line with the fittings in my Gremlin and it cost me about 135 bucks!
Some fittings are made just to peeve ya off. HG
