What a wild ride!

WOW!
I went on a wild ride in my 84 C20 conversion camper van the other day.
I went up on the hill to drop off a note to the wife who was at class and on the way back down the hill (which is straight down with 2 big curves) my brakes made a popping sound and I lost all my brakes!
Now this road goes into an intersection were it goes straight onto main st, sharp left to western ave, non sharp left to high st and sharp right onto a one way which turning right is going the wrong way.
So I hit the bottom of the hill and Im slamming it into park and it still isnt slowing me down. Theres a lady in a VW out in the intersection and one behind her about 2 car lengths. I barrell between them both and cut it sharp right dwn the wrong way. After getting up on 2 wheels, I ramp over parking blocks into this parking lot, fly around the bld, and cut it between a parked car and a apple tree off in the grass before coming to a stop.
I didnt hit nuthin, but my drawers needed changin. HG

Man I bet you wish someone caught that on tape.

Nice wheeling hemmie. I've lost brakes twice, but it never resulted in something that crazy.

Brakes have never gone out on me before, but I have had to chase my car through an intersection whilst someone yelled "Yeee-haaawwww" from a moving car. I jumped through the window and slammed on the brakes with my left hand before hitting a brand new truck. I was 10 feet away. I hate running out of gas.
