how big of a shoe-horn do you have?

Anything will fit in there, it depends purely on what you're willing to cut!

Any smallblock, however, would be a pretty easy swap in with minimal anger-management needed

jon moss managed to wedge 572ci worth of displacement into one of those camaros

the problem with that bodystyle is that even with a stock engine, the easiest way to change the spark plugs is to pull the engine. one off the local f-body guys has it down to an hour, doesnt even pull the drive shaft either ....

yopur best options are the LT1, LS1, ls6 engines can all be bored and stroked for more displacement

are you thinking of ramming a big block under the hood ?

I've heard of Caddy 500s going in. They can be pretty easily bored and stroked to 529. A BBC will fit (a bit heavier than the Caddy) and they can be taken to 540 with lots of money.
