Post whats it called?

Im trying to find a tac welder but i cant remember if thats what its called. It has to gun like handles and you hold both of them firm against two pices of clean metal and "Zap" a little spot weld. Is it a called a spot welder or what? and where can I find one? Used one once and it was easy and fast to use so please help out my car needs painting soon.

i knew that stuff cause i used it, nice machine, its called spot welder, but i cant remember its "political" name its Spot resistance welder ...

Spot welder is correct I beleave. Eastwood also sells and delivers one from their catalog. Thanks for that site Kevin.

Thanks kevin but the only thing i see is there spot welder thongs which isn't the one I was talking about. Anything else?

They are called Resistance spot welders. There is a company callled LENCO that sells them, also check with Miller.
