What's the difference in C5 C6 and ZO6?

I am short on knowledge about late model Corvettes. I need to know because I am doing a front brake upgrade on my 83 Camino.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Or a link to that kind of info.

C5, C6 & Z06

C5 and C6 are the previous and current generations of Corvette's respectively. I don't know about the C5's but I have a C6 (2006) with the Z51 suspension package. Part of the package was larger, drilled brake rotors front and rear. The current generation (C6) Z06's have enormous brakes consisting of 6 piston calipers and huge rotors. Offhand, I don't know the diameters. I know they aren't interchangebale on the standard C6 Corvette's unless you do a wide body conversion front and rear using Z06 fenders and quarter panels and then you need wider rims to accommodate the larger calipers. Check out corvetteforum.com for additional info. There's a section dedicated to Z06's and there's plenty of information on brakes as well.
