whats a double seal oil filter

I was wondering if anyine had any experience with these. My mom has an 2006 hyundai tiburon and it it time for an oil change. I am wanting to know if there is a difference

no what it is is a oil filter that was left up on the oil pump and its very bad for your moter becuase it will blow that oil filter right off do to pressure

I have never heard of a double seal filter.
Do any of the aftermarket company's sell a replacement? If not I would say you are stuck with OE.
