Well, take a car that's about as aerodynamic as a BRICK, give it to some 16 year old kid with a vision (and some glue) and you get....
You guessed it,
A caprice with a wing.http://www.cardomain.com/id/caprice15

In college we made our own stupid looking vehicle. 1978 Olds Delta 88 4 dr that we cut off the top, took the trunk lid off and put bucket seats in the trunk, had and old keg chained to the grill and removed the rear brakes to do those fun burnouts at the football games. It was painted the school colors, yellow flames and red(all painted with spray paint) and beer decals all over the car. Vision it. What was unreal was that we got buttloads of women in it, It was also a magnet to cops as well, I wonder why?

Oh hell.....I remember seeing that thing.... Still at least now the 'cruise' actually moves again, thanks to the Executioners efforts on the Kings Road. Went a couple of times last year, before I moved over here.
