whats up

well ok here goes i'm new to this and well i have a 90 ranger that i am going to put a 400 m , a c6 , and a 9" ford rear end in. i am also building a 1976 355 chevy motor that i need a little bit of help on getting the torque specs. on so i can build it. I work at hesgard collision center in monroe wisconsin and i have helped paint project fiery red-head for Four Wheeler Magazine, and i helped with the production of the MTX Chevy HHR. I also am very good friends with the owner of JP Customs who painted 3 vehicles for the 2006 - 2007 sema auto show. i am going to MATC in madison next year and enrolling in the auto body program there. any questions or any help for my motor please help
