If you aren't making mistakes, you aren't doing anything!

Experience is what you usually get just after you needed it.

I wouldn't feel bad bullheimer, "professional" mechanics make mistakes. We had our 4010 John Deere rebuilt at the John Deere dealer and it didn't even make it home, a rod bolt came out two miles from home. They put the pistons in backwards and put multiple head gaskets on to cure the resulting clearance problems. That tractor didn't run right until we took it to IH, they discovered the backwards pistons and put the engine together the right way.

The end result for the John Deere dealer? Many thousands of dollars in lost sales as we went to IH for all our equipment needs after that.
