wheel adapters???????

On my semi-sleepy cruise to the shop this morning, I stopped at a light next to a new crew cab 4X4 Dodge super ram 350 (one ton). I spilled coffee all over my genuine imitation llama fur seat cover, when I noticed this truck was sitting on polished aluminum, 22.5 inch real honest to g*d semi wheels and tires, just like the big boys, chrome nut covers , dinner plate size center covers, and a ton of attitude.
I tried to catch the guy to get a better look, but I guess he was as zoned out as I was, I lost him in traffic.
I'm plannin' a new tow rig, based on a '79 GMC extended cab, 1 ton pickup. Shortened wheelbase, 4 foot box, ladder bar/air ride,3 inch body lift. air ride seats, and lotsa power junk in da trunk, set up to hual both goose neck and tag trailers.
I gotta ask, how is this done, adapters? Can I get them for my GMC ? Who makes them? How much $$$$$$$$$$? Custom one offs? Off the shelf ? HELP !!!!!!!!!!
Living in South West Florida, (25 feet past the end of the known world, we don't get out much ) I'm pretty sure I'm the last guy to find out about this wheel wrinkle, so, If you folks can spool me up, maybe I can get some sleep tonight. Thank's in advance, RED CADDY (Paul)
