Wheel base question

Question I built a chasie for my model-t with a straight axle spring -over front and a 4-bar rear with heim joints my problem is when i started I centered the rear axle to the center of the cross member since i was useing a spring over and i didnt have the front axle at the time now haveing the front axle installed and the caster /camber set now my wheel base seems off did do some thing wrong or is this normal?

How are you determining the wheelbase is off? Do you have fenders and the wheels are not centered in the opening?
