Wheel Hop

I recently swapped a 10 bolt with a twelve bolt in my '72 elcamino. I went from an open set up to a GM limited slip set up. The rearend wheel hopps on wet pavement, I don't know what to do next, thanks.

I went from a open rear to a limited slip in my 67 firebird and had the same problem anytime the tires would spin i would get wheel hop. I put a set of traction bars on and never got wheel hop again. Cheap easy fix if you don't mind the look of them.

Lakewood has a product named "No Hop Bars" that work real well for me.

I used them on a 68 SS 396 Chevelle I had in high school ( early 1970's)

ElCamino uses a Chevelle design chassis.
